Personal Information

Dr. Yuqiang Zhang, have published 38 peer-reviewed journal articles, some of which were published on the prestigious journal of Nature Climate Change, Nature Geoscience, PNAS, Lancet Planetary Health and so on. The findings from these studies have been featured in the journal or commented by dozens of public media outlets, such as NPR, N.Y.Times, Science Daily, the Physics and BBC. 

Dr. Zhang presented my research findings at more than 40 international conferences and universities, 18 of which are invited talks. As for social activities, Dr. Zhang has provided review comments for more than 120 journal articles including Nature Climate Change, Nature Communication, The Lancet Planetary Health, Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics, Environmental Science and Technology, and so on. He also served as the Panel review for 2020 NASA Postdoctoral program and 2019 NASA FINESST programme. Dr. Zhang co-hosted (as one of the two hosts) the 44^th NOAA Climate Prediction Workshop at Duke University October, 2019,  and he is also the executive committee members for the 6^th-8^th International Conference on Air Benefits and Cost and Attainment Assessment (held in Beijing, Zhejiang and Guangzhou, China individually). He has been serving as judges or liaison for the AGU Fall Meeting Outstanding Student Paper award since 2017, and also convened two sessions 2020-2022 AGU Fall Meeting “Global Environmental Change” and “Atmospheric Sciences” session.
