    个人简介

    丁兆军,2003年于中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位,2004年至2011年先后在德国和比利时从事博士后研究。2011年9月被聘为山东大学“齐鲁学者”特聘教授。国家海外高层次青年人才、国家优秀青年科学基金、山东省泰山学者特聘教授、山东省杰出青年科学基金、青岛市创业创新领军人才获得者。获得山东大学优秀博士后合作导师、山东大学优秀共产党员和二十大山东省高校党代表等荣誉称号。兼任山东大学“植物发育与环境适应生物学教育部重点实验室”主任,中国植物学会理事、中国遗传学会理事、中国细胞学会植物器官分会副会长、中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会青年工作委员会副主任、中国植物学会青年工作委员会委员、中国植物学会外事工作委员会委员、山东遗传学会副理事长、山东植物生理学会学术副理事长、山东植物学会和山东植物生理学会常务理事;兼任Frontiers in Plant Science副主编、New Crops副主编、 J Integr Plant Biol.、Plant Cell&Environment、New Phytologist和植物学报编委,F1000/H1Connect资深评论专家

    人才培养

    讲授《遗传学实验》、《植物激素》、《生命科学前沿进展》、《植物发育生物学》等本科生课程和《植物激素》植物分子生物学》等研究生课程。先后指导博士后20余人,博士研究生10余人,硕士研究生20余人。多人获得山东省优秀毕业生、山东大学学术成果奖。多名博士后或博士分别被山东大学,山东师范大学,青岛农业大学,山东农业大学,山东省农业科学院等大学或科研院所以教授或副教授的身份引进,多人入选包括“山东省泰山青年学者”,“山东省优青”,“山东大学齐鲁青年学者”和山东“省农科院青年拔尖人才”等多类人才计划。

    研究方向

    以拟南芥、玉米和大豆等作物为材料, 综合利用细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学及遗传学等技术手段,研究:1)植物根的可塑性生长发育及逆境适应机理;2)大豆根瘤固氮的分子机理。主持包括国家重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金等十余项国家级课题,相关成果先后在Molecular Plant, Science Advances, Nature Communications, EMBO Journal, EMBO Reports, Cell Reports,PNAS,Plant Cell,Plant Biotechnology Journal, New Phytologist, Plant Physiology, Plant Journal等学术主流期刊发表90多篇学术论文被引用6600多次,多篇为ESI高被引或被F1000/H1Connect推荐,部分成果获2020年山东省自然科学一等奖。应邀多次在国际著名综述性期刊Trends in Plant Science撰写论文,其中一篇被收录于Cell “2015聚焦中国植物科学
