  • 主要从事有机半导体物理及器件的基础理论研究,包括:外场(光场、电场、磁场,等)对有机体系功能特性的调控,有机D/A异质结界面光物理过程,等。提出了有机体系内诱导超快激子输运和超快电荷分离的新机制(如:非均匀构型场和非均匀电场的诱导机制);澄清了非富勒烯有机光伏体系分子内和分子间电荷转移协同效应对光伏过程的调控;等。目前在Phys. Rev. B, Physical Review Applied, Appl. Phys. Lett, J. Phys. Chem. Lett.和Advanced Science等高水平期刊上发表SCI论文70余篇,合作出版专著《低维量子物理》和《有机固体物理》。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,省部级科研项目7项。
