Biography

郭庆磊,教授、博士生导师。2015年于中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所微电子学与固体电子学专业获博士学位(导师:狄增峰 研究员、张苗 研究员),随后于复旦大学(合作导师:梅永丰 教授)、美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校(合作导师:John A. Rogers教授)从事博士后研究工作。主要的研究方向包括半导体柔性/瞬态电子器件与应用、宽禁带半导体器件及集成等,并在相关领域主持军委装发部、军委科技委、国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、国家重点实验室开放课题、中科院技术开发项目等10余项科研项目。截至目前,在Mater. Sci. & Eng. R: Reports、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Small、npj Flexible Electronics、Appl. Phys. Lett.、IEEE TED等期刊上发表90余篇高水平论文,获授权专利17件。
