植物的生态分化与生物多样性维持机制

生物资源的保护与生态适应性评价

【主要发现】                                            

在植物的生态分化与适应性进化机制研究方面,融合生物-环境-地理-生态等学科的研究手段,在分子-个体-种群-群落-生态系统-景观尺度上,揭示了暖温带常见植物的遗传适应、生态位分化、生态系统生物多样性维持与群落构建机理,为暖温带的植被修复、生物多样性保育和生态保护提供了理论依据。

对芦苇资源化利用过程中嗜热微生物群落构建过程的深入解析,为微生物共发生网络驱动基质研究和植物资源综合化利用提供了新思路、新见解。

对滨海湿地生态系统生物多样性维持与群落构建机理、植物资源的保护与生态适应性评价方面的研究,为生物多样性保育和生态保护修复提供了科学依据。

带领产学研合作团队,研发了中低产田改良与产能提升关键技术并实现产业化应用。创新土壤微生态定向构建与调控技术,研制出具有自主知识产权的秸秆基有机肥产品,开发了溶磷解钾、营养促生等具有靶向功能或复合功能的长效菌剂,创新中低产田非生物-生物协同改良与产能提升关键技术研发及模式示范,形成中低产田土壤改良剂-微生物-作物协同产能提升关键技术,实现中低产田的障碍消减、耕层沃化和产能提升。

带领团队与多家产学研单位协同攻关,在长期困扰盐碱地绿色低碳治理与高值长效利用技术方面取得突破。发掘鉴定出植物耐盐抗逆基因及其调控元件,形成了盐碱地治理物理-化学-生物联合修复、耐盐经济作物改良等系列盐碱地改良及提质增效技术,抗盐碱作物育种与栽培技术,以及盐碱地长效改良与高值产出全生命周期管理系列创新成果,构建了资源循环-养分再生-盐碱自控-耐盐育种-植物促生”多要素协同综合治理与长效利用模式,实现了产业化转化和工程化应用牵头申报的科研成果盐碱地绿色低碳治理与高值长效利用关键技术开发及应用》获2022年度中国产学研合作创新成果二等奖,入选《中国科技成果》封面文章,并被列为山东省黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展典型案例。
