Biography

1996年从教至今，是山东大学（威海）机电与信息工程学院教师。长期从事电力系统自动化、信息化研究及开发，先后参与设计开发调度自动化、配电自动化等系统。参与研发的能量管理系统获山东省科技进步二等奖、参与的自组织全域统一建模的输变电设备管控大数据平台研究与应用项目获南方电网公司科技进步二等奖、广东省科技进步三等奖。多年致力于跟踪研究IEC61970、61968系列标准并做相应的系统开发，是电力行业DL890-501标准、DL890-404标准、国内CIM/XML/GDA/HSDA第6次互操作方案的主要起草者，是SAC/TC82/WG4能量管理系统接口（EMS-API）工作组成员。
