Biography

李单单,博士,硕士生导师、助理研究员。主要从事微生物生态学研究,基于微生物组学大数据分析糖苷水解酶的全球分布和生态作用。发表SCI论文14篇,其中,以第一或通讯作者发表期刊论文7篇,主要包括Microbiome、Nucleic Acids Research、Global Ecology and Biogeography、Environmental Microbiology等期刊。作为主持人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,青岛市应用研究项目1项。作为项目骨干参与了5项包括国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项等在内的国家级科研项目。
