Biography

Dr. Xukun Lu joined the Institute of Women, Children and Reproductive Health at Shandong University as an associate professor in 2023. He received his Ph.D. in Human Anatomy, Histology, and Embryology from the Institute of Zoology (IOZ), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2018. He conducted his postdoctoral research in epigenetic regulation of mammalian early development in Prof. Wei Xie’s lab at Tsinghua University. His primary research interests include the transcriptional and epigenetic mechanisms underlying normal and pathological human reproduction and early embryonic development.
