吕洪涛，博士后。2022年6月于上海交通大学计算机科学与工程系获得博士学位，师从吴帆教授。研究兴趣主要包括算法博弈论及其应用、机制设计、联邦学习、计算广告等，在国内外顶级期刊和会议JSAC、TCS、WINE、AAAI、KDD、AAMAS等发表论文多篇，曾获得AAIM2018会议最佳学生论文奖、中国多智能体系统优秀博士论文奖、ACM中国上海分会优秀博士论文奖、山东省博新计划等荣誉，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目、博士后面上项目等，并担任TKDE、TSC、JAAMAS、TCS、TNSE、KBS、Computer Networks等期刊和AAAI、IJCAI、ECAI、ICWS、ICASSP等会议的审稿人或程序委员会委员。
