吕洪涛，研究员，硕士生导师，泰山学者青年专家，齐鲁青年学者。研究兴趣主要包括多智能体系统、算法博弈论、大语言模型、联邦学习等，在国内外顶级期刊和会议JSAC、TCS、WINE、AAAI、KDD、AAMAS等发表论文多篇，曾获得AAIM2018会议最佳学生论文奖、中国多智能体系统优秀博士论文奖、ACM中国上海分会优秀博士论文奖、山东省博新计划等荣誉，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、博士后特别资助项目、博士后面上资助项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目等，并担任TKDE、TSC、JAAMAS、TCS、TNSE、KBS、Computer Networks等期刊和WINE、AAAI、IJCAI、ECAI、ICWS、ICASSP等会议的审稿人或程序委员会委员。
