I started working in 1984 as a senior experimenter, and now I am the deputy director of the experimental teaching platform of morphology and function. I have been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the Department of Pharmacology for many years as the administrative secretary of the Department. The research direction of scientific research is immunopharmacology. In 1999, I was preparing to build a functional teaching laboratory. I served as a teaching secretary, a scientific research secretary, and a person in charge of the laboratory construction. Since the establishment of the laboratory, I have been the main person in charge or host of the functional laboratory construction project.1. In recent years, I have presided over 5 teaching research projects and laboratory research and management projects of Shandong University; Participated in more than ten projects.2. In the past 20 years, I have been in charge of the construction of laboratories, in-depth teaching research and experimental technology development. As the first person, I won one first prize and three second prizes of Shandong University, and as the second person, I won one first prize of Shandong Province; A total of 9 provincial and school level teaching achievement awards were obtained.3. I actively participated in scientific research and completed two projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China.4. As the first inventor, I obtained 2 invention patents and participated in more than 10 invention patents; As the first inventor, he obtained 3 utility model patents and participated in more than 10 utility model patents.5. As the first author, I published 16 high-level teaching and research papers in core journals, participated in publishing many papers, and won the recognition of domestic peers.6. In recent years, I have participated in the compilation of five medical functional experiments, totaling nearly 300000 words7. I am in charge of the construction of functional experimental teaching platform laboratory. I preside over the construction project of basic medical experimental teaching center - 4 sub projects of functional experimental teaching platform. The second one is responsible for 16 laboratory construction projects.8. With the support of the software construction project of the university laboratory, I have carried out innovative reform on the experimental technology of medical functional science, including "data processing and calculation of diphenhydramine antagonistic parameter determination", "infrared photoelectric drop meter", "infrared photoelectric drop meter", etc "Integrated mammalian hypoxia experimental device" and other software and hardware self-made instrument research and development work won the third prize in the fourth national college self-made experimental teaching equipment selection.
