孙华，管理学博士，应用经济学博士后。现任任教于山东大学管理学院，中国信息经济学会理事（国家一级学术研究团体）。研究方向为信息技术项目和创新团队管理、新信息技术应用及组织和用户行为、在线平台和虚拟组织行为管理等。研究成果发表在国内外核心期刊《International Journal of Project Management》、《Journal of Management in Engineering》、《Accounting and Business Research》、《Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting》、《Project Management Journal》、《科研管理》、《管理科学》等，出版独著一部、合作著作两部。主持教育部人文社科项目、山东省社会科学基金、山东省软科学等多项，作为主要参与者参与国家自然科学基金、国家软科学、教育部课题等多项。
