博士，副研究员，入选山东大学青年学者未来计划，研究专长：环境要素与个体健康。

近3年来，围绕女性护士下尿路健康这一女性核心健康问题辅助团队构建队列：山东省女性护士下尿路健康促进项目（Nurse Urinary Related Health Study，NURS）。基线NURS探究了女性护士下尿路症状的流行病学特征；证实了工作环境对其症状的影响；开发了干预方案，并通过单中心干预证实方案可以显著改善女性护士不健康排尿行为和下尿路症状。相关成果支撑课题组申请省自然科学基金一项，发表中科院1区论文2篇，另有2篇论文处于投稿阶段。目前，NURS已完成第二波数据的收集和清理工作，1篇论文处于撰稿阶段。另外，基于培养理论，围绕社交媒体这一社会环境在老年群体中开展社交媒体暴露与其行为和认知的关系研究，该方向已发表中科院1区论文1篇，另有2篇论文处于投稿阶段，1篇论文处于撰写阶段。
