夏一帆，男，博士，助理研究员，2017年硕士毕业于中国海洋大学，2018年获得国家留学基金委公派出国留学奖学金资助，赴英国攻读博士学位，2021年博士毕业于英国朴茨茅斯大学，长期从事情感计算、计算机视觉及人工智能等相关领域的研究工作，受邀担任多个SCI期刊（IEEE TIP/ THMS/ TCSS/ JBHI, Neurocomputing等）的审稿人，目前发表多篇国际期刊及会议论文。
