Dr. Xu Mingsheng now is a associate professor of microelectronics, Shandong University. His research interest focuses on the wide-band gap materials growth and device fabrications. He has published more than ten papers as first/corresponding author. He takes charge of many projects, including NSFC, postdoctor funding of China and so on.
