个人简介
王瑶,教授,博士生导师,山东大学杰出中青年学者,获山东省杰出青年科学基金、国家优秀青年科学基金。2006年6月获兰州大学化学专业理学学士学位,2012年6月获兰州大学有机化学专业理学博士学位(导师:许鹏飞教授)。2011年1月起优博计划留任兰州大学功能有机分子化学国家重点实验室从事科研工作,在洪堡科研奖学金的支持下,2013年1月起在德国马普分子生理学研究所从事博士后研究(Hosts: Herbert Waldmann & Kamal Kumar),2015年9月至今,在山东大学化学与化工学院从事教学科研工作,目前担任中国化学会超分子化学专业委员会委员。

研究方向
1. 基于弱相互作用的有机合成化学
2. 弱相互作用在功能材料合成中的应用
王瑶课题组聚焦于非经典弱相互作用催化,是国际上该领域的主要研究团队之一,主要研究成果包括:(1) 发展了普适性硫键与碳键催化剂,并阐释了其作用机制;(2)提出并发展了硫属元素相互作用催化 (chalcogen-chalcogen bonding catalysis,原始文献:JACS,2019,141,9175)以及硫属元素和π体系弱作用催化模式(chalcogen···π bonding catalysis,原始文献:ACIE,2021, 60, 9395),发展了系列新反应,解决了反应性与选择性问题,证明了硫键催化的独特性;(3)提出并验证了碳键催化模式(carbon-bonding catalysis,原始文献:ACIE, 2021, 60, 22717),建立了碳键金属催化策略(carbon-bonding metal catalysis, CBMC,原始文献:JACS, 2023, 145, 21554),证明了碳键作用可以调控反应性与选择性,这些研究成果拓展了弱作用的能力范畴和研究边界。
