个人简介Personal Profile

殷航,教授,博士生导师、山东省泰山学者青年专家、山东省高层次人才、山东省优秀青年基金获得者、山东大学齐鲁青年学者。20206月入职山东大学物理学院,目前主要从事有机电子学研究。主要研究方向包括:有机半导体中载流子输运分析,有机电子器件制备与性能分析,新型半导体载流子测试平台开发等。近年来,作为项目负责人先后主持国家、省部级科研项目6项。在国际学术期刊上发表论文100余篇,到目前引用4200余次。近期研究成果主要包括:(1)提出了有机光伏系统迁移率提取模型G(V)函数判据;(2)发展了瞬态极化场调控有机半导体电输运过程新方法;(3)阐释了电输运连通性对有机光伏器件稳定性的影响机制。近五年来,以通讯作者身份在Science Advances,Nature Communications,National Science Review,Advanced Materials,Applied Physics Letters等国际知名期刊发表署名论文。所指导研究生多次获得山东省优秀学生,山东省优秀毕业生等荣誉奖励。
