    张俊杰(Junjie Zhang),男,教授,博士生导师,201911月加入山东大学晶体材料研究所。

    山东省“泰山学者青年专家”

    主要从事量子材料的单晶生长、微结构和物理性能研究,采用的生长方法主要是助熔剂法和高压浮区法。在Nature PhysicsPhysical Review LettersProceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of AmericaNature CommunicationsAdvanced Energy MaterialsChemistry of Materials等国际知名期刊上发表论文40余篇,总引用730余次,H因子16。授权国家发明专利2项。

     

    20089-20136月,在山东大学晶体材料研究所硕博连读,师从陶绪堂教授,主要研究钼碲酸盐非线性光学晶体材料的生长、结构、性能和非线性光学频率转换,于20136月获材料学博士学位。20137-20177月,在美国阿岗国家实验室(Argonne National Laboratory)从事电子强关联氧化物的高压浮区晶体生长、同步辐射x-射线散射和中子散射研究(博士后导师John F. Mitchell博士)。201710-201910月,在美国橡树岭国家实验室(Oak Ridge National Laboratory)从事高熵氧化物和电子强关联氧化物的磁结构和点振动力学研究(博士后导师Raphael P. Hermann博士)。
