Biography

赵佳：男，山东大学教授、博士生导师，毕业于山东大学光学工程专业，获得博士学位，长期从事光电器件和系统设计、计算电磁学等领域的研究，主导开发了具有自主知识产权的光电集成芯片仿真设计工具，并在高校、科研院所及企业进行了推广。主持多项国家自然科学基金、装备发展部和军委科技委等国家级项目，科研经费到账1000余万；近年来在IEEE JSTQE、Optics Express、Progress In Electromagnetics Research等光电器件及数值仿真领域的国际权威期刊以及重要学术会议上发表论文30余篇，27篇被SCI收录，申请并获批专利5项、软件著作权3项。
