Xiaotian Zhou received the B.E. degree in electronic information engineering and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Shandong University, China, in 2007 and 2013, respectively. From 2011 to 2013, he was with Dept. of ECE at Colorado State University as a visiting student. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University.,His research interests include (B)5G wireless communication networks, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), massive multiple input and multiple output (MIMO), and multiple access edge computing (MEC). He has published more than 30 papers in the journals and conference proceedings and held 13 issued patents. He is now served as the associate editor for IET Communications.
