Biography

Cong Zhang is currently a full Professor with the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University. Prior to this, he served as a Postdoctoral Fellow in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include embodied intelligence, unmanned systems, pattern recognition, computer vision, and remote sensing. Prof. Cong Zhang obtained his PhD from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, supervised by Prof. Kin-Man Kenneth Lam. He received both the MEng and BEng from Northwestern Polytechnical University, supervised by Prof. Qi Wang and Prof. Xuelong Li.
