Biography

一、基本情况

曹洪倩,博士,山东大学公共卫生学院研究员,卫生检验与检疫学系副主任,山东大学未来计划青年学者,硕士生导师。主要从事面向传染病病原、新型污染物和疾病标志物等的卫生检验与公共卫生快速检测新技术研究。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等科研项目,在 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nano Lett.、J. Colloid Interface Sci.、Adv. Healthc. Mater.、Chem. Commun. 等国内外知名期刊发表研究论文 20 余篇。

三、研究领域

主要从事卫生检验与公共卫生快速检测新技术研究,研究对象涵盖传染病病原、新型污染物和疾病标志物等公共卫生重点目标。围绕复杂样本中低丰度靶标高效识别、信号放大、多目标并行检测、现场快速分析和智能化判读等关键科学与技术问题,系统开展 CRISPR 分子诊断、功能纳米材料、生物传感、微流控芯片及智能监测预警技术研究,致力于构建快速、灵敏、特异、多重、便携的检测方法与即时检测平台,为基层筛查、现场检测、公共卫生应急处置和精准防控提供技术支撑。主要研究方向包括:

1.传染病病原快速检测与监测预警

2.新型污染物识别、分析与风险筛查

3.疾病标志物早期筛查与精准检测

4.功能纳米材料、生物传感与即时检测平台构建
