    个人简介


    一、基本情况

    陈 晨,博士,山东大学公共卫生学院教授,营养与食品卫生学博士生导师,山东大学齐鲁青年学者。曾任美国密歇根州立大学助理教授。

    从事营养与食品安全风险评估理论、方法及应用基础研究,饮食模式、营养因素与认知健康研究,探索营养、食品安全与人类健康之间的科学问题。研究揭示了食品中天然毒素是影响儿童发育的关键因素,提出的食品安全干预措施成功改善了儿童健康状况;在探明多种食源性危害混合污染联合效应规律的基础上,提出了国家食品安全标准建议值;开展了一系列食品安全风险评估研究,为我国和国际食品安全管理部门实施风险管理提供了科学依据。在Nature Food, PNAS, Trends in Food Science & Technology, Comprehensive Review in Food Science and Food Safety, Global Food Security, Food Chemistry, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Environment International 等国内外知名期刊发表论文70余篇;获得省部级科技奖3项,授权国家发明专利3项,参编英文著作1部、中文著作3部。
