Zongli Dai, Ph.D. in Engineering, is a Master’s Supervisor whose research focuses on healthcare operations management and production operations management. His work involves analyzing medical risks within tiered healthcare systems, intelligent forecasting, and the scheduling, allocation, and optimization of medical resources. He employs methodologies such as robust optimization, intelligent algorithms, game theory, multi-attribute decision making, and machine learning.
He serves as a Young Director of the Scheduling Branch of the Operations Research Society of China. Dr. Dai has led several national and provincial-level research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Project, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Project, the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, and the Shandong Social Science Planning Research Special Project.
His research has been published in leading international academic journals such as Decision Sciences, Computers and Operations Research, Annals of Operations Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, as well as in recognized National Natural Science Foundation of China Management Science Grade A journals like Systems Engineering — Theory & Practice and Journal of Systems Engineering.
