The research team is led by Arokia Nathan, a member of the British Royal Academy of Engineering, a member of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, a national high-level overseas talent introduction, a winner of the J.J. Ebers Award and a professor at the University of Cambridge. Research interests include thin-film transistor devices, integrated circuits, and chip systems based on new materials, which are applied to various sensing and display fields. The team aims to address the technical barriers of low manufacturing costs and multifunctional system integration for microelectronics, and standardize the industry standards for integrated systems on chip in terms of production and manufacturing processes. Expand the influence of China's innovation research in the world, and open up new products and markets.
