郭启凯,山东省泰山学者青年专家,山东省海外优青,济南市高层次人才(省级领军人才)。毕业于荷兰格罗宁根大学(软科世界大学排名:64位),获凝聚态物理方向的博士学位,并被授予Cum Laude荣誉,之后在荷兰泽尼克先进材料研究所继续博士后研究工作,于2022年3月加入山东大学集成电路学院。截至目前,共发表SCI研究论文30余篇,包括《Nature Communications》、《Advanced Functional Materials》、《npj Quantum materials》、《Nano Research》、《Chemical Engineering Journal》等信息科学领域的权威期刊。现主持国家级项目1项、省部级项目4项,企业合作项目1项;主持山东大学本科教学教改重点项目1项,作为主要完成人获山东省电子学会研究生教学成果特等奖1项、山东大学研究生教学成果一等奖1项。在社会兼职方面,申请人担任国际学术期刊《Chip》、《Electronics and Signal Processing》等期刊青年编委,《Advanced Material》、《Advanced Science》、《ACS Applied Material&Interface》等信息科学和物理领域期刊审稿人,中国物理学会会员,并受聘为济南海右人才学院创业导师等社会兼职工作。

柔性电子器件设计与集成 |
基于水凝胶、聚合物及纳米纤维等柔性材料体系,构建同时具备压力、应变、温度、湿度等多物理量感知能力的传感器件。通过调控材料组成、微结构形貌及界面耦合特性,系统研究多模态信号的协同感知与解耦机制,实现器件在灵敏度、稳定性与可靠性方面的协同优化,推动其在可穿戴电子、智能人机交互及健康监测等领域的应用。 |
