Jilei Huang obtained a MSc in Economics, University of Edinburgh and then a PhD in Economics, Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. He works in Department of Public Finance, and also acts as the Director of Experimental Class of Internationalization Programme of the School of Economics. He is a research fellow of several international institutions including Scottish Centre for China Research (SCCR) and China-UK Business Research Association. His main research interests are fiscal policy, macro-finance and monetary policy, digital economy and labor market, international business, behaviors of SMEs. Jilei Huang are members of various international associations such as Econometric Society, European Economic Association, Computing in Economics and Finance and Hong Kong Economic Association. He is also a anonymous reviewer for international journals such as European Economic Review, Economic Modelling and the World Economy.
