重要靶点的药物分子设计

先导化合物的发现和优化是新药开发中不可或缺的部分。虚拟筛选（VS）技术能帮助我们有效发现结构新颖的活性分子，在药物开发的早期阶段发挥显著作用。我们采用计算与实验相结合的方式，靶向重要药物靶标，如SIRT1、GR、AR、DprE1、EcR等开展先导化合物的发现与设计。研究范围涉及先导化合物的发现、化学合成优化、生物活性检测等。
