Biography

金强,博士(后),南洋理工大学、大阪大学访问学者,中国机械工程学会高级会员。长期从事大型承压设备高效焊接及焊后热处理等方面的研究工作,尤其在局部热处理温度、应力及变形调控方面提出了多项关键新方法和新技术,如主副加热局部热处理方法、筋板加固刚-柔协同局部热处理技术、电磁感应加热步进式均温性控制方法等。相关局部热处理方法制定热处理标准,并被纳入国家标准GB/T 30583-2026《承压设备焊后热处理规程》中,在石化、核电行业的重型加氢反应器、超限塔器、大型换热器等承压设备的热处理制造中得到了广泛应用。

主持省部级、企业项目3项,在Int J Pres Ves PipJ Press Vess-T ASME、Thin Wall Struct等压力容器国际顶刊发表学术论文14篇,授权中国发明专利14件、美国发明专利1件、PCT专利2件,参与制定CSTM团体标准3项,入选工信部百项团体标准应用示范项目1项,获得中国专利优秀奖(2/8)、CSTM团体标准贡献奖1项(4/40、山东省研究生创新成果奖1项(排名第1),中国青年材料热处理创新创业大赛优秀奖(排名第1),中国焊接协会第三届“华光新材杯”优秀成果论文优秀奖(排名第1)等。
