李福川简历 山东大学教授,博士生导师,泰山产业领军人才。2000年和2003年先后于山东大学和中国海洋大学获硕士和博士学位。2003年获日本学术振兴会(JSPS)博士后奖学金,先后在日本神户药科大学和北海道大学做博士后研究。2007至2011年在加拿大多伦多大学做博士后研究。2011年6月至今被山东大学以“985”特聘教授引进,于山东大学国家糖工程技术研究中心开展蛋白聚糖生物学领域的研究工作。长期从事蛋白聚糖生物学研究,在海洋微生物来源糖胺聚糖降解酶,糖胺聚糖及蛋白聚糖生物学,药用糖胺聚糖及类似物的分离纯化、结构鉴定和构效关系研究等方面有丰富研究经验并取得了一系列国际领先的研究成果。已在J. Cell Biol., Chem. Sci., J. Biol. Chem., Ana. Chem., Dev. Cell等相关国际著名期刊上发表系列蛋白聚糖生物学相关论文。曾承担和参与日本文部省、加拿大CIHR支持的各类科研项目十余项。近五年主持和承担包括863计划(2012AA021504,负责人)、973重大专项(2012CB822100,骨干)、国家自然科学基金(31570071,负责人)、山东省科技计划(2013GSF12106,负责人)等多个国家及省部级课题。与多个蛋白聚糖领域国际知名的实验室保持着长期良好的合作。此外,在糖类相关医药生物产品开发上,与国内相关企业也有着长期深入的合作。研究方向:(1)海洋微生物来源新型多糖特别是糖胺聚糖降解酶的资源开发、催化机制研究、分子酶学改造与应用;(2)糖胺聚糖构效关系研究及相关医药产品的研发;(3)基于新型酶和探针的糖相关新型分析检测技术研发和应用;(4)细胞表面蛋白聚糖在胚胎发育和癌变过程中的细胞信号转导调控机制研究;。学术贡献:(1)在世界上首次开展了海洋来源糖胺聚糖降解酶的研究,发现和鉴定了一系列海洋微生物来源的新型糖胺聚糖裂解酶。(2)在世界上首次发现和全面鉴定了第一个内切型硫酸软骨素/硫酸皮肤素硫酸酯酶。这些研究为糖胺聚糖的构效关系研究和功能寡糖的制备和结构改造提供了重要的工具酶。荣誉与奖励:2016年入选山东省“泰山产业(战略性新兴产业类)领军人才计划”,还入选东营市“黄河三角洲学者”、济南市“5150”等地方性人才计划。3、代表性论文1.
