Biography
Doctor of Medicine, Researcher, PhD Supervisor, Qilu Young Scholar, and Overseas Talent in Science and Technology in Shandong Province. From 2016 to 2020, served as a postdoctoral fellow at Yale University. In 2021, joined Shandong University Qilu Hospital, having authored numerous academic papers as first or corresponding author in journals such as Molecular Psychiatry, Cell Reports, and Neurology Neuroimmunology & Neuroinflammation. Holds principal investigator and collaborative roles in several national and provincial research projects. Presently, our research group has established a library comprising over 1000 cases of fibroblasts and iPSCs related to neurogenetic and neurodegenerative diseases. Our primary research focuses on utilizing iPSC-derived neural cells and 3D organoid models to investigate the molecular pathogenesis of neurogenetic and neurodegenerative diseases, particularly amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, PolyQ diseases, and employing molecular biology and bioinformatics approaches for screening effective therapeutic drugs.
