教师简介

刘千惠于浙江大学获得学士、博士学位。曾于新加坡国立大学担任博士后研究员。研究方向包括类脑计算,脉冲神经网络,神经形态视听觉信息处理等。在CCF-A类或中科院1TOP等会议期刊上发表论文十余篇。长期担任IEEE TC、TNNLS、TCSVT等国际期刊及ICLR、NeurIPS、IJCAI、ACM MM等国际顶级会议的审稿人,并曾担任国际会议IJCNN的领域主席。
