一、大豆中盐碱等非生物胁迫响应关键调控基因发掘及作用机制研究。聚焦细胞器间、细胞间及组织间物质交换和信息交流，利用细胞生物学、遗传学和蛋白组学等手段挖掘相关调控基因解析其在非生物胁迫中的作用机制；
二、利用化学遗传学手段筛选新型绿色植物生长调节剂。针对可提高大豆产量、耐逆能力及固氮效率等的关键调控基因，通过化学遗传学手段筛选可调控基因表达或蛋白活性的化学小分子，以期开发新型大豆生长调节剂。
