团队聚焦肿瘤免疫微环境重塑及相关细胞调控,系统研究HBV、代谢等环境因素诱发肝脏炎症及其恶性转化的分子机制及干预策略,阐明了免疫调控分子Tim-3和ZHX2等在介导HBV感染、代谢性肝病和肝癌等疾病进程中的作用机制。
