山东大学机械工程学院教授、博士生导师、副院长，任高效洁净机械制造教育部重点实验室副主任、山东省高效切削加工示范工程技术研究中心副主任。兼任中国机械工程学会成组与智能集成技术分会常务委员等，《航空学报》、《CJA》和《中国机械工程》等期刊青年编委。主要从事高性能加工技术与智能装备方面的研究工作。
国家优秀青年科学基金获得者、山东省杰出青年基金获得者、山东省优秀研究生指导教师、山东省优秀学位论文指导教师。
