Personal Profile

I am currently professor of philosophy in the Qingdao Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at Shandong University (Qingdao). Before I joined Shandong University, I worked as research associate professor in the department of philosophy at Sun Yat-Sen University. My areas of research interest are political philosophy, moral philosophy, philosophy of action, and comparative philosophy. I obtained a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Southern California, and an MPhil in Philosophy of Science & a BPhil in Religious Studies from Peking University.
