教师简介

      王康男,山东大学教授/研究员,硕士/博士生导师。入选中组部首批“海外博士后引才专项(回国就业),山东省杰出青年(青A)基金获得者,山东省“泰山学者青年专家”,山东大学齐鲁青年学者。

      主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目及山东省自然科学基金等科研项目11项,科研经费累计近700万元。在 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Adv. Mater.Adv. Sci.Mater. Horiz.ACS NanoChem. Sci.Anal. Chem. 等期刊发表论文80余篇,成果被 Nat. Chem. Eng.Chem. Rev.Chem. Soc. Rev. 等期刊引用,累计他引3000余次。连续三年(2023-2025)入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,获MDPI(瑞士)杰出青年研究员奖。

     以第一发明人获授权专利7项,其中2项实现成果转化;带领团队获得山东省博士(后)创新创业大赛金奖。现担任BMEmatAJPS, Chin. Chem. Lett. 及《医药导报》等期刊副主编或编委,并兼任山东省知识产权服务业协会外聘专家。

     团队长期从事细胞器稳态化学生物学研究,聚焦病理状态下细胞器稳态的调控机制及靶向干预,开展三个方面研究:

   (1)开发适配STED和FLIM时空超分辨成像的细胞器靶向分子工具;

   (2)解析小分子调控细胞器稳态及病理重编程的分子机制;

   (3)发展多途径协同的细胞器病理重编程逆转策略,为炎症性疾病和肿瘤诊疗提供新的化学生物学工具与干预思路。
