2017年7月于华中科技大学武汉光电国家研究中心获得博士学位,2019年3月至2023年2月在华中科技大学武汉光电国家研究中心从事博士后研究工作,主要从事新一代半导体材料器件及薄膜光电子器件的集成一体化研究研究主要包括发光二极管、太阳能电池、探测器和器件集成等。迄今为止,以第一/通讯作者(含共同)的身份在 Nat. Energy、Nat. Commun.、Sci. Adv、Advanced Materials、Device、Adv. Energy. Mater. 、Adv. Funct. Mater. 、ACS Energy Lett.等期刊上发表高水平论文。先后于 2017年获得中国电子学会全国优秀博士论文,于2020年获得中国电子学会自然科学二等奖,于 2023年湖北省自然科学一等奖。

本方向聚焦新型发光器件集成技术,致力于面向未来显示与传感需求。一方面,研究高密度、高效率的显示用发光阵列集成方案,探索器件结构设计与驱动策略;另一方面,拓展发光器件的功能维度,重点开发具有圆偏振发光特性的器件以及高性能近红外发光二极管,旨在实现从传统显示到信息加密、生物成像等多元应用的跨越。 我们关注:1)显示发光阵列器件集成;2)功能化发光器件集成:圆偏振和近红外发光二极管器件; |

闪烁体研究及其成像技术 |
X射线闪烁体成像器件在医学领域中发挥了重要作用,特别是在CT扫描和X射线检查中。在工业领域,X射线成像技术被广泛应用于无损检测,如焊缝检测、电子元器件检测、材料内部缺陷检测等。X射线闪烁体成像器件涉及到高端材料、精密制造、图像处理等多项核心技术。目前,这些技术在全球范围内仍由少数国家掌握,并存在技术封锁和供应链限制。我国在X射线闪烁体成像技术领域的自主研发,能够打破技术封锁,实现关键技术和材料的自主可控,减少对国外技术和产品的依赖,保障国家科技和产业的自主安全。 我们关注:1)新型金属卤化物发光材料及其物性调控;2)闪烁体光学性能及其器件性能;3)实现高性能X射线探测成像。 |
