  • Summary:
Using methods such as literature review and logical analysis, this study elaborates on the connotation and developmental value of the integrated development of China's rural culture, sports, health, and tourism industries under the context of comprehensive rural revitalization; analyzes the current status and challenges of this integration; and proposes implementation pathways. Developmental Value: Embracing the new integrated concept of "ecological priority and urban-rural interaction"; reshaping a new industrial paradigm characterized by "functional complementarity and value co-creation"; establishing a new governance framework featuring "diverse collaboration and shared benefits"; and meeting emerging public demand for "multi-dimensional experiences and quality living."Practical assessments reveal that while foundational infrastructure has been established, supporting service systems remain underdeveloped; localized pilot initiatives have yielded positive results, yet regional coordination mechanisms are not fully formed; governance investments continue to grow despite incomplete multi-stakeholder governance structures; and consumer demand is steadily upgrading, with gaps persisting in high-quality service offerings. Recommended strategies involve: addressing infrastructure deficiencies to build smart integrated systems; enhancing differentiated resource planning to break down regional barriers; reforming collaborative governance mechanisms; and prioritizing product innovation aligned with evolving consumption trends.
