王秀和，博士，山东大学教授，教育部新世纪优秀人才，国务院政府特殊津贴专家，山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家。长期从事永磁电机共性基础理论和关键技术研究，以及高性能永磁电机的研究开发工作。主编学术专著2部、“十二五”国家级规划教材1部，发表学术论文200余篇，获省部级二等奖3项、三等奖2项。
