Biography

王以林,1984年10月出生。本课题组关注面向后摩尔时代集成电路潜在颠覆性技术所需的新材料、新原理和新器件的探索以及用于集成电路封装和电子器件散热的新型高导热热界面材料的研制,主要包括新一代半导体材料与器件、二维材料集成电路、自旋子学器件、量子物态与调控。至今共发表SCI论文50余篇,引用4500余次(他引4000余次),h因子34,作为第一/通讯(含共同)作者的论文有23篇,包含Nat. Commun., Mater. Today (2篇), Mater. Today Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater., Small, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Nanoscale, PRB/APL (7篇)等。作为共同作者,还发表Science, Nat. Energy, Sci. Adv., Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Mater.等。受邀担任Energies期刊编委,担任Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett.等领域内著名期刊的审稿人。重视科研成果转化,与企业联合研制新型封装材料,入选江苏省“双创人才”、扬州市“绿扬金凤计划”领军人才。
