王以林,1984年10月出生,山东大学微电子学院教授、博士生导师,齐鲁青年学者。本课题组关注支撑后摩尔时代集成电路产业发展的新材料、新原理及新器件,主要包括二维材料集成电路、自旋电子学器件。至今共发表SCI论文46篇,引用3000余次,h因子28,作为第一/通讯(含共同)作者的论文有15 篇,包含Mater. Today(IF= 26.416) 2 篇,Small 1 篇,Nanoscale 1 篇,PRB/APL 6 篇等。作为共同作者,还发表Science,Nat. Energy,Sci. Adv.,Phys. Rev. Lett.,Adv. Mater.等。受邀担任Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett.等领域内著名期刊的审稿人。作为山大负责人参与 “国家自然科学基金重大研究计划/重点支持项目/第二代量子体系的构筑和操控”项目一项、作为负责人主持山东省自然科学基金面上项目一项,并主持多项国家重点实验室开放课题。教授《固体物理》、《原子物理学》、《微电子类前沿讲座》本科课程,和研究生课程《二维材料与器件》。
