研究领域


2003年以来,在山东大学基础医学院从事神经发育和中枢神经系统损伤与再生修复的研究,并致力于H2S在中枢神经系统损伤中的作用和机制研究,研究成果处于国内外领先水平。近来从事的系列研究一:“H2S对缺氧缺血性脑损伤的影响及其机制,通过建立缺氧缺血性脑损伤的动物和细胞模型,从多角度研究内源性和外源性H2S对缺氧缺血性脑损伤的保护作用,探讨其可能机制。近年来发表相关论文14篇,旨在揭示H2S治疗缺氧缺血性脑损伤患者的新靶点和潜在价值,为临床的H2S治疗应用提供理论依据。系列研究二:“H2S对蛛网膜下腔出血的影响及其机制,通过建立蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的动物模型,从多角度研究内源性和外源性H2SSAH的保护作用,探讨其可能机制。系列研究三:间充质干细胞来源的细胞外囊泡对对缺氧缺血性脑损伤的影响及其机制,通过建立缺氧缺血性脑损伤的动物和细胞模型,从多角度研究无细胞疗法(细胞外囊泡)对缺氧缺血性脑损伤的保护作用,探讨其可能机制。全面阐明H2S修饰的细胞外囊泡对缺氧缺血性脑损伤后的神经保护作用及机制,为研发H2S改良外泌体治疗缺氧缺血性脑损伤的策略提供重要支持。
