徐昊天，上海交通大学博士，山东大学人工智能学院副教授，研究方向包括分布式估计，多智能体协同控制，大规模信息物理系统等，已发表论文40余篇，以第一作者/通讯作者包括其他中科院1区论文6篇，IEEE汇刊7篇。 获中国发明协会发明创业奖创新二等奖（一级学会，第一完成人），2023 IEEE ICIEA 最佳论文奖（第一作者），2023 CCSICC最佳论文奖（第一作者）2024 IEEE JAS Conference 最佳论文奖（通讯作者）。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目，山东省自然科学基金青年项目，中国博士后基金会面上项目；参与国家自然科学基金面上项目，全驱系统理论项目。担任IEEE TAC、IEEE TSMCA、IEEE TCYB、IEEE/CAA JAS 等国际顶级期刊和会议的审稿人，担任2023年集群智能与协同控制大会邀请组副主席，国际期刊Mathematics特刊主编，及2024年“华为杯”中国研究生数学建模竞赛命题人、集中评审专家，和“数模之星”答辩评审专家。
