徐昊天，上海交通大学博士，山东大学人工智能学院副教授、硕士生导师，研究方向包括分布式估计，多智能体协同控制，具身智能、大规模无人系统协同控制等，已发表论文40余篇，以第一作者/通讯作者发表中科院1区论文6篇，发表含IEEE TAC长文在内的IEEE汇刊7篇。获中国发明协会发明创业奖创新二等奖（第一完成人），中国自动化学会科技进步二等奖（第五完成人），2023 IEEE ICIEA 最佳论文奖（第一作者），2023 CCSICC最佳论文奖（第一作者）2024 IEEE JAS Conference 最佳论文奖（通讯作者）。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目，山东省自然科学基金青年项目，中国博士后基金会面上项目；参与国家自然科学基金面上项目，全驱系统理论项目。担任中国指挥与控制学会具身智能专业委员会委员，担任IEEE TAC、IEEE TSMCA、IEEE TCYB、IEEE/CAA JAS 等国际顶级期刊和会议的审稿人，担任国际会议2026年EEI副秘书长202年RoSeN和2023年CCSICC分论坛主席。
