Professor
杨家跃，1985年10月生，教授、博导，国家级青年人才。2006-2015年就读于哈尔滨工业大学，相继获得电子信息科学与技术专业学士学位、工程热物理专业博士学位，并荣获第十八届哈尔滨工业大学优秀博士论文；后赴德国亚琛工业大学矿物质研究所从事博士后研究；2018年11月回国，在山东大学从事科研教学工作，并于2020年入选国家级青年人才。目前从事的研究方向：极端环境热物理、宽禁带半导体器件热管理、多频谱兼容隐身技术。近几年发表SCI论文90余篇，刊登在AFM、Nanophotonics、JPCL... More+
