个人简介

叶萌祺,副教授,博(硕)士生导师,山东大学未来计划青年学者。

科研领域:主要聚焦海洋微生物资源发掘、特性研究和开发应用等开展科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金 2 项、省部级课题 4 项、地厅级和横向课题 7 项,以通讯作者和第一作者身份发表 SCI 论文 30 余篇。

教学工作:致力于做学生满意的好老师,坚持以高质量教学助力学生成长。先后获评山东大学(威海)优秀本科生导师、山东大学(威海)学生社会实践优秀指导教师等;主持山东大学本科课程思政示范课程、山东大学(威海)一流本科课程、山东大学(威海)教改课程等。
