光波导能够将光场限制在微纳米尺度的区域内进行无衍射传输，是集成光子学领域最基本也是最重要的元器件。主要研究飞秒激光直写光波导的实验条件及其作用机制，并通过优化飞秒激光加工参数或波导结构对光波导的性能进行调控，制备集成光波导器件等。
