男，山东枣庄人，1988年10月，博士，硕士研究生导师，长期致力于体育产业管理和运动健康促进研究，在体育科学等核心期刊发表论文数篇，主持山东省“十四五”规划课题1项，参与国家社科重大、重点及一般项目8项。担任中国农民体育协会青年智库专家、山东省体育场馆协会副秘书长、广东省体育继续教育协会秘书长，借调国家卫健委医药卫生科技发展中心。
