 山东大学教授,博士生导师,国际事务部副部长;入选国家青年海外高层次人才,“973计划”青年专题项目首席科学家,山东省泰山学者特聘专家,山东省青年创新团队,青岛市科技领军人才;以第一完成人获得2024年度山东省自然科学二等奖,2023-2024年度中国草学会草业科学技术奖一等奖以第二完成人获得2023年度宁夏回族自治区自然科学奖二等奖;担任中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会理事,中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会——植物生物技术及其产业化分会副会长,中国草学会草业生物技术专业委员会常务理事、山东省植物生理学会副理事长,山东省遗传学会常务理事,同时担任Grassland Research、New Crops、植物生理学报、草学等期刊编委。

苜蓿产量性状分子机制及遗传改良

(每年招收3-4名硕士研究生,1-2名博士研究生及博士后)

  • 苜蓿复叶发育的分子调控机制——在复叶发育方面,开展控制苜蓿复叶形态建成(数量、大小及空间构型)的遗传基础与调控路径的研究;在叶片运动方面,开展苜蓿感夜运动及叶枕发育分子机制的研究;目标是揭示影响牧草光合作用及叶片抗脱落特性的生物学过程,为优化苜蓿光合器官形态、减少制草损耗提供理论基础与基因资源。

  • 苜蓿种子产量相关性状的系统性分子机制——开展从花序增殖、花器官建成到种子发育的分子机制研究,目标是阐明异源四倍体苜蓿种子高产、高结实率及低硬实率的遗传机理。

  • 苜蓿重要农艺性状的协同调控与品质改良——聚焦苜蓿产量和品质等关键农艺性状形成的分子机制,为培育高产、优质苜蓿新品种的精准分子设计育种提供关键靶点与理论支撑。
