先后于山东大学获集成电路设计与集成系统专业工学学士学位,于清华大学获集成电路工程专业硕士学位。研究方向为集成电路设计与EDA,在IEEE TCAD、IEEE TVLSI等期刊发表高水平论文十余篇,授权中国、美国发明专利五项。主讲本科生课程数字集成电路基础、数字集成电路基础实验、集成电路设计技术II等。
